Kim Tsai is a social professional who has spent decades working with marginalized communities, and especially asylum seekers and refugees. Addressing societal issues from an integral perspective, Tsai is a seasoned hands-on practitioner, as well as an experienced policy analyst and advisor. The goal of Tsai’s work is to create conditions in which all people can participate fully and to the best of their ability in society, regardless of their race, religion, education, sexual or cultural background. Tsai holds a First Class Honors degree in Social Sciences, a Master’s degree in Social Interventions and a Phd.
