Gaby Jacobs (1970) is Professor in Humanist Chaplaincy Studies at the University of Humanistic Studies in Utrecht (NL). She studied Applied Psychology and Women Studies at the Catholic University Brabant, Tilburg (NL). She received her PhD in 2001 at the University of Humanistic Studies relating to research on spiritual care and feminist counselling. Earlier she worked as a researcher at Keele University (UK) and from 2009 to 2019 as professor at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Eindhoven (NL).
